Established in 2019, Coffee Craft has become a popular fixture in Castletown, drawing both locals and tourists.
The café spans two floors, with the main dining area on the ground floor and an office and kitchen on the lower ground floor.
It comfortably accommodates 49 guests indoors, with an additional 30 seats available outside.
The sale includes all furniture, kitchen and coffee station equipment.
The current owner is selling for health reasons and there are eight years remaining on the existing lease.
The sale is being organised by Chrystals Estate Agents, with an asking price of £70,000.
