Andreas Commissioners says they are ‘delighted’ that a community funded play area has finally been completed.
New picnic benches have been added as a finishing touch.
The local authority had faced a number of setbacks before it could get the area up and running including moving location and bad weather.
Chair Jackie Faragher adds that the new area has been ‘continuously full’ of youngsters during the school holidays.
