Ramsey Lifeboat Station has congratulated Edd Saunders on successfully passing out as its newest Shannon Coxswain.
Passing his qualifications involved both ashore IRPCS (International Regulations for Preventing Collisions at Sea) assessments.
It also saw him command the crew through a four hour exercise experiencing various exercises and emergency drills.
The station said: “Edd adds Coxswain to his impressive skills list as he is already one of our experienced navigators and afloat mechanics.”
