Onchan MHK Julie Edge has questioned the priorities of Manx Care after a Tynwald question revealed the cost of new management posts.
Since the health and social care bod was created in 2021, 14 management posts have been established, costing more than £802,862 a year.
The new roles include a now defunct post of HR business partner which was based in the Office of Human Recourse and was funded by Manx Care.
Ms Edge said: “This raises serious questions about priorities within the health service, as patient care takes a hit while administrative roles increase.”
