Glenfaba and Peel MHK Tim Crookall has announced he will not contest the 2026 general election.
Mr Crookall made the announcement this evening in a post on his social media page.
Crookall was first elected in 2006 and has served in many departments as both a member and Minister. He is the current Minister for the Department of Infrastructure. He was elected to the Legislative Council in 2015 and left politics in 2020 when his LegCo term expired. He stood again for Keys in 2021.
His standing down at the end of this session means there will be a new name in the Keys.
