To mark Okells Brewery’s 175th anniversary, the Isle of Man’s beloved brewer has joined forces with Davison’s Ice Cream to create a unique treat—a hoppy IPA-flavoured ice cream.
Master brewer Kev approached Davison’s with the idea, leading to the creation of a special edition ice cream inspired by Okells’ Falcon Session IPA, Triumph.
“So here it is! We’ve taken Okells Falcon Session IPA, Triumph, and specially crafted a deliciously hoppy session ice cream,” Davison’s announced. “If you like your IPA, or any form of ale, then this ice cream is definitely for you.”
The limited-edition flavour will be available by the scoop at Davison’s Peel parlour, as well as exclusively in selected H&B pubs and local Spar shops across the island.
