A firm with its roots firmly in the Isle of Man is proving – quite literally – to be at one with nature by supporting the Manx Wildlife Trust.
DQ Advocates has become a Business Investor Member of the MWT.
Graham Makepeace-Warne, Head of Engagement and Deputy CEO at the MWT, visited the Douglas-based practice to present a ‘Certificate of Appreciation’ and acknowledge the firm’s support.

The Island’s leading conservation charity, the MWT aims to protect and enhance the Isle of Man environment by creating more spaces for wildlife and inspiring people to act for nature.
Associate Director, Adam Killip, who received the certificate on behalf of the company, said the work the organisation carries out is invaluable.
‘There is no doubt that the Isle of Man’s land and waters are rich in wildlife, where nature matters to all. The MWT is committed to bring people closer to nature, protecting the incredible species that call the Isle of Man home by understanding what they need and creating spaces where they can flourish.

As sponsors of the recent Douglas Choral Union production of Evita, DQ Advocates also arranged for two bucket collections in aid of the charity – via the company’s Future Leaders’ Board and DQ’s Sustainability Committee – raising £300.
