Police are appealing for information following a fail-to-stop collision.
It happened around 5:15pm on Tuesday at the junction of Johnny Watterson Lane and the A18 Mountain Road.
Officers need to speak to the driver of a blue coloured vehicle which was displaying R plates.
The vehicle turned left from the junction heading towards the Creg Ny Baa.
