An estate agent has told potential buyers of a pub it will give them the price tag upon request.
The Albert Hotel is one of the oldest pubs in Douglas, dating back to 1862. It was first listed for £950,000 in 2024. But now the asking price is on request.
The listing on Cowley Groves is described as: “A rare opportunity to acquire one of the Isle of Man’s longest established free houses, steeped in history & character, with substantial 3/4 bed landlord & staff accommodation above.”
