Fire fighters were called to the Balthane Estate this evening to deal with a fire in an industrial unit.
The incident happened at about 6:45pm and saw three major fire appliances along with the turn table ladder.
The incident commander deployed two breathing apparatus teams to extinguish the fire and check for fire spread, but it was contained within an oil boiler.
Crews were in attendance for about an hour.
