Firefighters from the Isle of Man Fire and Rescue Service have raised over £2000 for charity.
The firefighters set out on their fundraising efforts in 2023 by attempting to climb six peaks around the British Isles in just a week.
In October 2023, they set off to climb Scafell,Ben Nevis, Slieve Donard, Carrauntoohil, Snowdon and Snaefell.
However, the weather wasn’t on their side as they attempted to climb Carrauntoohil and sadly they didn’t summit.
But alls well that ends well, as 15 months later they tried again and this time reached the summit.
The six peak challenge has raised £2428 which has been split between Isle Listen and the firefighters charity.
