A consultation has launched seeking views around Trade Union legislation in the Isle of Man.
The public consultation will cover the following:
- How notice of industrial action is given;
- Ballot threshold requirements;
- Industrial action in essential services;
- Recognition of trade unions in the workplace.
The Department for Enterprise will review the responses and use this information to inform the development of the Employment (Amendment) Bill that will be brought forward in 2025.
The consultation will close on October 29.
