A Global Economist at HSBC and the Chairman of Burnbrae Group will be among keynote speakers at this year’s Government Conference.
The Conference brings together policymakers, businesses leaders, and community representatives to explore the island’s strategic priorities and future direction.
Attendees will get the chance to hear from the Council of Ministers on vital issues related to the business community.
Conference Speakers
James Pomeroy Global Economist at HSBC, will demystify everything that’s happening across the global economy, covering trade flows, interest rates and what it all means for the local economy.
Chairman of Burnbrae Group, Jim Mellon, will share his perspectives on the Isle of Man’s role and reputation on the global stage, and the opportunities for small jurisdictions in a fast-changing world.

This year’s conference will cover topics related to the business community including connectivity, public finances, public service efficiencies, housing and more.
