The Great North Air Ambulance Service (GNAAS) responded to 14 emergency incidents on the Isle of Man in 2025.
This was part of more than 1,900 call-outs across the North of England and surrounding areas.
This included 1,218 in the North East, 542 in Cumbria, 94 in Northumberland, 33 in Scotland, 25 in North Yorkshire, 14 in the Isle of Man and 12 in Lancashire.
The most common incidents the charity responded to were cardiac arrests, road traffic collisions, medical incidents, falls and assaults.
GNAAS provides air ambulance cover to the island during daylight hours, before switching to a rapid response vehicle overnight in the UK.

GNAAS has launched its Operation SOS appeal to help fund a new fleet of helicopters.
The charity plans to replace its aging aircraft with three Airbus H145 D2 helicopters to improve reliability and reduce costs.
Chief executive Joe Garcia MBE said the investment would help secure the service for the next decade.
The charity needs to raise £2.5million for the deposit on a third helicopter and has so far secured 15% of the total.
