The Department of Food, Agriculture and Environment (DEFA) are inviting expressions of interest for a one year licence to operate a food truck on a parcel of land within either Chibbanagh, Archallagan or Conrhenny Plantation.
The department is looking for proposals that encompass a proposed licence fee, business plan, menu, commitment to sustainability and a photo of your food truck.
The successful bidder will need to maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the designated area, adhere strictly to the terms and conditions outlined in the licence agreement, and embrace innovation.
