Unite The Union says its members have rejected the latest three-year pay offer.
The offer made to the joint unions who represent Public Services Commission employees comprises of a 4% increase effective in 2024/2025, 2.5% in 2025/2026 and 2% in 2026/2027.
Late last night, the union, led on the island by Debbie Halsall, said: “The PSC ballot has closed and our members have rejected the 3 year deal.
“We now await for the Public Service Commission to meet with both Unions to move the pay talks forward.”
Prospect had previously said it expected its members to reject the offer.
Under changes passed through Tynwald, any pay offer accepted also includes MHKs and MLCs.
