Isle of Man Commonwealth Games athlete Sarah Astin had a successful weekend at Berry Hill Park in Mansfield.
For the third year in succession, Sarah was part of the winning three-woman Belgrave Harriers team at the English National Cross-Country Relays.
Sarah ran the second leg on Saturday (November 1), with the opening leg being run by Sophie Hicks and the anchor leg by Kate Axford.
Sarah has now won four English National Cross-Country gold medals in the past three seasons, as she also won the individual title in 2023.
