Castletown Town Commissioners says a ziplock bag has been handed into the Police.
The “special herbal cigarette mix” bag was left at the Bowling Green last night and is available for collection at Castletown Police Station.
The authority said: “Unfortunately, our staff are increasingly being called to clear up mess left in the shelters, including discarded food cartons, broken glass, and instances of urination.
“The Commissioners have requested that the area be included in police patrol plans. Please treat the facilities with respect to ensure they remain a welcoming space for everyone.”
