FC Isle of Man’s Charlie Higgins has been named player of the month for the NWCFL Premier Division.
The Ravens’ player scored five goals in four games throughout December, picking up three man of the match awards.
Scoring twice in the 2-2 draw with Irlam at the start of December, Higgins then scored two in the 5-0 home win against AFC Liverpool.
His final goal of the month was the decisive third goal in Rick Holden’s side’s 2-3 win away at Glossop North End.
Throughout the season so far, Higgins has 20 goals from 25 appearances.
It is the first time an FC Isle of Man player has won the award since August 2024 when it was won by former club captain Sean Doyle.
