Innovation Challenge: Meet Joggle

Isle of Man-based startup Joggle has been named a finalist in the Innovation Challenge 2025 for its groundbreaking AI-powered marketing platform designed to support small businesses.

Inviting some of the best minds from near and afar, the challenge tasked entrants with presenting real world solutions for the FinTech, Cleantech, and Data & AI sectors.

Ahead of the finale, we’re going to be learning about the finalists, their products and how they can help solve issues facing the Isle of Man.

Founded just 18 months ago, Joggle, led by Simon Grice (CEO) and Mike Alcock (commercial director), already serves over 1,000 small businesses, helping them streamline social media and marketing tasks.

Why The Innovation Challenge?

“We were motivated to join the Innovation Challenge after recognising the widespread barriers small businesses globally face when adopting digital technologies,” the team shared.

“Outsourcing is often too costly and time-consuming. Joggle offers a cost-effective, user-friendly alternative.”

We hope it will drive exposure, connect us with new partners, and provide insights from sector experts,”

The platform leverages Data & AI to automate marketing processes, providing personalised recommendations and intuitive tools tailored for small business owners.

They said that a big challenge for them has been designing an AI tool that’s sophisticated but easy to use for those with limited digital skills.

Relying on feedback from users during development to shape their interface, Joggle has also focussed on educating users about the benefits of AI, while making onboarding seamless.

“Joggle removes barriers by automating labour-intensive processes and customising its output to each user, regardless of their technical skills,” the company explained.

Expertise

Led by CEO Simon and Mike, Joggle’s team combines expertise in SaaS, AI, and digital marketing. Grice, formerly Head of Product for OS Maps, and Alcock, who has sold over $100 million in software, bring a wealth of experience to the venture.

Since its launch, Joggle has achieved significant milestones, including completing the Turing Innovation Catalyst programme and opening an Isle of Man office.

“We have onboarded two commercial partners and are building their AI agents,” the team noted.

Looking ahead, Joggle plans to expand its AI capabilities and integrations. “We have two new agents being developed today—an e-learning agent and a legal agent,” they revealed.
