Port Erin Commissioners are inviting expressions of interest for the lease of a wooden kiosk on Shore Road.
It is aimed at businesses offering food, beach services, water activities or other seaside‑related ventures.
The 10’ x 8’ kiosks have power and water available, though no drainage connection. The lease runs for two years from April, with separate summer (April–September) and winter (October–March) rental rates.
Any proposals may require planning consent and other operational approvals. Fixtures inside the kiosk may be available for purchase from the outgoing tenant, by agreement between those parties.
Enquiries close at 12 noon on Monday, October 19.
