Following the success of Foster Care Fortnight, Manx Care’s Family Placement Service is holding an information session later this month.
Potential carers are invited to pop-in at the Hub in the Junior Playground at Bunscoill Rhumsaa from 8:45am on June 25.
Whether you’ve got questions, want to grab a leaflet or just fancy a quick chat the team will be on-hand to answer any queries that you may have.
Fostering
Kristina Canipa, Family Placement Service Support Worker, said:
“Some of our wonderful team members from The Family Placement Service will be ready to meet parents, carers, staff, and anyone in the local community who may be curious about fostering.
“Whether it’s something they’ve considered before, or they’re just keen to learn more about how fostering works and how they might help – everyone is welcome.
“It’s a relaxed opportunity to ask questions, chat with our team, and see if fostering might be right for them.”
