The Isle of Man has been named among the top-10 UK islands in the 2026 Condé Nast Traveller Readers’ Choice Awards.
This recognition follows more than 296,356 survey responses from readers across the United Kingdom, who rated their travel experiences worldwide and identified the destinations they would most like to revisit.
It marks the latest in a growing series of accolades, including the island’s recent shortlisting in the 2026 Wanderlust Reader Travel Awards, and serves as a vote of confidence from one of the travel industry’s longest-running and most respected publications.
Deborah Heather, CEO of Visit Isle of Man, said: “To see the Isle of Man consistently recognised alongside some of the world’s most sought-after island destinations is a testament to the strength of our tourism sector and the collaborative efforts taking place across the visitor economy.
“From our UNESCO Biosphere status and rich cultural heritage to our outstanding landscapes, events and experiences, the Isle of Man offers something truly distinctive.”
While the Isle of Man is a self-governing Crown Dependency, Visit Isle of Man confirmed that the category is determined by Conde Nast Traveller.
Going from Strength to Strength
