Juniors Excel at Aintree PoP Festival

The Equiyd Summer PoP Festival 2025 at Aintree International Equestrian Centre has been a tremendous success for the island’s junior equestrian community.

In August, a strong contingent of young Manx riders travelled to Liverpool for the competition, with many achieving fantastic results.

In a highlight of the festival, Chloe Nicholson, Sam Woodall, Alex Stratton, and Jake Cringle all delivered outstanding performances in their respective junior showjumping classes.

The four showed composure and skill, each achieving a clear round in the finals to secure a well-deserved joint first-place finish.

Jake Cringle was recognised as the best rider on one of the days, a huge honour that highlights his exceptional talent and skill in the saddle.

Not to be outdone, Chloe Nicholson was also celebrated for her outstanding performance, being named best rider in her respective class.

Another impressive result came from Miley Cowell, who competed in the 60cm jumps class.

Miley rode a flawless round to finish in a very respectable sixth place overall against a highly competitive field.
