Noventre has appointed Lisa Karran as its new Head of Commercial Operations, strengthening the company’s leadership as it expands its technology and communications services across the Isle of Man.
Karran brings extensive executive experience from the financial services and digital sectors, where she has led commercial growth, strategic development and operational change in regulated, fast‑paced environments.
Her background includes work in marketing, stakeholder engagement and customer experience, alongside delivering large‑scale organisational change.
In her new role, she will focus on developing Noventre’s commercial operations, identifying new opportunities and ensuring the business remains closely aligned with customer needs.
Karran said she was pleased to join the company and take on a challenge in a new sector, adding that she looked forward to building relationships with customers and supporting the wider team in delivering an exceptional experience.
Noventre CEO Jayne Hartley said Karran’s blend of commercial leadership and strategic insight would be a major asset as the business continues to grow.
