Whitebridge Road in Onchan will close for a few hours on Thursday morning to allow for a tree to be cut down.
The tree that needs to be felled is in the dip near the entrances to Molly Quirk’s Glen.
The DoI said the road will close at 9:30am and reopen no later than 1:30pm.
During the closure, traffic will be diverted via King Edward Road and Groudle.
