The Mann Cat Sanctuary took a beating from Storm Darragh yesterday resulting in a fair bit of damage.
A large amount of fencing is down into our main field which is occupied by its sheep, ponies and geese.
It says that the ponies were tucked up in their stables and they secured the sheep in a section of the field with their shelter, however the roof was lifting.
The sanctuary will not be open to the public today, and once the winds have eased it will be able to assess the damage and begin the clean up and repair period.
