The Manx Jet Centre officially opened on Thursday (June 6) under the management of Megacorp Aviation Ltd.
Megacorp Aviation Ltd operates from multiple global bases including Ronaldsway Airport, Isle of Man, Biggin Hill Airport in London, Al Maktoum International Airport in Dubai, and Juhu Aerodrome in Mumbai.
Harry Ackerman, CEO of Megacorp Aviation, spoke to Manx.News and highlighted the vision of the centre being a sustainable aviation hub:
The enhanced centre will include a host of sustainable features, including the ability to calculate and offset carbon emissions (with a proprietary carbon calculator); access to Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) and recycled apparel for all employees at the Jet Centre, as well as crew.

The company has introduced a dedicated aviation team to the Manx Jet Centre with ambitious plans to transform the business to match those of other world leading Fixed Based Operators (FBOs) and Private Jet Terminals.
Tim Johnston MHK, Minister for Enterprise, officially inaugurated the newly managed Manx Jet Centre at Ronaldsway Airport, Isle of Man on Thursday (June 6).
Speaking about the opening, Harry said: “The opening of the Manx Jet Centre under our management with the support of Tim Johnston MHK and the Department for Enterprise marks a new chapter in the Isle of Man’s aviation story.
“Our goal is to create a world-class facility that not only meets but exceeds the expectations of our clients and partners.”
