Manx Petroleum Cancels Deliveries For Storm

Manx Petroleum has made the decision to not make any oil deliveries tomorrow due to the red weather warning.

A spokesperson for the company said: “In view of the upgrade in the local weather warning from Amber to Red Manx Petroleum will not be opening for commercial and domestic oil deliveries tomorrow (Friday) to ensure the safety of our staff. 

“The company apologises for any inconvenience and thanks its customers for their understanding.”

The Isle of Man is starting to batten down the hatches in preparation for Storm Éowyn which will bring 80mph winds from the early hours.
