Three men have been bound over to keep the peace after an incident at a Douglas hotel.
Evan Gallagher, 20, and Connor Gallagher, 24, both of Laxey and James Duncan, 20, of Douglas, all appeared before magistrates on Tuesday.
Prosecutor Roger Kane told the court the three were involved in an incident at the Place Hotel on July 15, but as the other parties did not wish to make police statements, a binding over was deemed acceptable.
A charge of being found drunk in public against each man was withdrawn after they agreed the binding order.
The men must keep the peace for the next six months or risk a £200 fine.
