The Mountain is to remain closed overnight after a crash earlier this evening.
The crash occurred in the area of the turn before Keppel Gate.
In an update, the Police said: “The A18 Mountain Road is currently closed to all vehicular traffic between its junctions with the Creg-Ny-Baa Back Road and Barrule Park, Ramsey due to the adverse weather conditions (ice).
An update will be provided in the morning (02/01/25) but please plan to use alternate routes.
