Planning permission is being sought to turn a former model shop in Douglas into a clinic.
The building on Market Hill would be refurbished to have two consultation rooms on the ground floor along with a toilet and reception area.
Two treatment rooms and a staff room are planned for the first floor as well as a new fire escape route.
The applicants are also looking to install new windows to the building but would also be extending the door with a new render and paint.
The application is currently pending consideration and can be found here.
