Braddan Commissioners say the authority’s new social housing repair and maintenance system will make reporting issues “more efficient”.
The local authority claims Fixflo will improve response times, “eliminate” unresolved problems and provide text message updates and reminders.
It adds that the new service will be available 24 hours a day and it can also prioritise contractors who have experience with vulnerable people.
Chair Andrew Jessopp says it will “make life easier” for both tenants and housing officers when issues arise.
