A new application would see a former pub in Castletown converted into a house.
Permission was previously granted in February 2020 to convert the Ship Inn, which sailed into drinkers’ memories in 2013.
Dawn Collins’s application would see alterations and extensions to the building in order to create a new house.
The plans would see the rear section of the pub being converted into a kitchen and garage, with a roof top patio and balcony overlooking the harbour.
The front section would have four bedrooms over four floors.
A pub had been on the site since 1851, originally the Hope and Anchor, it became the Ship Inn in 1971.
