Ollie Lockley and Kirsty Barber got off to winning starts in the opening round of the Group Eleven IOM Cross-Country League.
The cross country league was held at Port-e-Chee Meadow on Sunday afternoon.
Ollie initially had Corrin Leeming in his slipstream on the opening lap, but stretched clear to win by 38 seconds.
Kirsty continued the excellent form she showed in last year.

The U11 boys race took the competitors round two laps of the main field, a distance of approximately 1,800 metres.
There was some brilliant quality, with Leighton Curphey – who has been winning races against the best in Lancashire recently – giving another wonderful display of smooth and strong running.
For Henry Quaye to finish only 20 seconds behind him was a fantastic effort.
Third was Jack Davies just ahead of Alfie Jacobs.
U11 Girls race was roughly 1,800 metres, two laps of the main field.
There was a close finish, with Maisy-Jo Faragher winning by three seconds from Emira Bowden, and Xènia Muñoz-Fité was third.
