Manx distance runner Ollie Lockley has produced another superb performance in Holland over the weekend.
Running in the Mizuno 10km event which took place near Amsterdam, Ollie has run a time of 28:45 on what looked to be a slightly undulating course.
In a very competitive field of international runners, Ollie finished in a terrific ninth place, and his time is within 16 seconds of his personal best which he set in Valencia last month to achieve a Commonwealth Games consideration standard.
This is another sub-29 time, which confirms that Ollie is currently in the form of his life in the early part of a hugely important year.
