Manx National Heritage is inviting expressions of interest from experienced operators to take on the running of the Niarbyl Café.
MNH says it is looking for creative, high‑quality proposals following a period of refurbishment, with a focus on strong hospitality standards and the use of locally sourced ingredients.
The building includes a main ground‑floor dining area, small mezzanine, kitchen, toilets and access to outdoor grassed space overlooking the coastline towards Ireland. A large car park serves the site.
MNH describes the opportunity as ideal for an operator keen to bring “fresh ideas and energy” to a well‑loved location.
Interested parties can arrange a site tour before submitting proposals.
The deadline is midnight on Friday, September 25.
