Manx Utilities will carry out an essential water‑mains diversion on Glenfaba Road in Peel on Wednesday night.
Work is scheduled to begin at 11pm and last for up to four hours.
MUA has warned that a large number of properties in Peel will experience either no water supply or significantly reduced pressure during the operation.
The works are being undertaken overnight in an effort to minimise disruption.
