From December 1 new permits will be needed to park at the Bowl Carpark in Douglas.
The new permits will be available for purchase from the Department of Education, Sport and Culture starting on November 18.
The annual fee for the permit is £495 + VAT.
To avoid any penalties the department says that a valid paid for permit is required from December 1, in accordance with the parking order.
