The Laxey Glen says it is “thrilled” to introduce Pippa Lovell as its new head chef.
Pippa recently shown her skills to the adjacent isle on MasterChef: The Professionals when her creative dishes and use of foraged ingredients earned high praise from the judges.
Having wowed customers at her previous restaurant, Versa, Pippa will no doubt bring the same passion for innovation and amazing food to Laxey.
The restaurant said: “Her passion for using local and sustainable produce aligns perfectly with our ethos here at The Laxey Glen, and we couldn’t be more excited to have her leading our kitchen!
“As we prepare for our café reopening on April 1, Pippa is crafting an incredible new menu that we can’t wait to share with you.
“Expect vibrant, seasonal flavours, lots of Manx produce, and a touch of creative magic that made her stand out on MasterChef.
“We are also excited to announce that our café menu will change and be updated regularly, based on your feedback—because, after all, pleasing our loyal customers is what we’re here for.
