Plan to Convert Former Pub’s Upper Floors

Credit: Penketh Millar Ltd

Third Man Properties has submitted a planning application to convert the upper floors of the Stanley pub in Ramsey into flats.

The pub on West Quay closed its doors in 2020.

Planned to occupy the first and second floors, both flats would have two bedrooms, a bathroom and combined kitchen/living areas.

There are no plans detailed to alter the ground floor former bar, with minor alterations required for the exterior of the building.

You can view the application here.

The plans are also subject to a registered building application.
