The former Lord Street Police Station in Douglas is due to be sold to allow development.
An update on the building was provided by the Treasury Minister in a written Tynwald answer.
The station closed in 2016, with plans at the time saying it would likely be sold for future development, however those plans failed to materialise as it was used for a range of other uses.
In his written update, Dr Alex Allinson said that site had been “vacated to facilitate sale and development” with its future use being listed as “planned disposal”.
