The Steam Packet says around 1,500 people have so far submitted responses to the Steam Packet’s latest survey.
Its aim is to gather feedback on current and future services, identify issues, and see where the company has improved by comparing the data with last year’s.
The survey covers a significant range of issues about the company including pricing, ease of booking, its new website, future services, food and retail onboard and the service provided by its staff.
With the survey due to close tomorrow, you about 24 hour to complete it.
