Ballasalla will be without its village pub for the next few weeks as the Whitestone closes for a refit.
Okell’s Inns said the work will give the pub a “stunning fresh look”.
Geoff, Maria and the team have promised to keep locals up to date on the works, which are set to take up to six weeks.
The brewery added that the work will give the pub a “stylish new look (but still very much the village gem we are!)” including a refreshed bar area and “exciting new menu options celebrating local ingredients”.
