The owners of a Castletown pub want to add 74 square metres of floor space to the premises.
The move builds on approved plans in January 2025 to expand the courtyard by demolishing a garage and parts of an existing wall.
The Garrison in Castletown aims to add a total of 74 square metres.
The plans involve building extensions and replacing an existing staircase to increase indoor seating while also further enlarging the courtyard.
The Garrison will need to obtain additional consent as it is a Registered Building and sits in the Castletown Conservation Area.
A decision will be made after September 25.
