The owners of Peel’s Central Bar and Bistro has announced it is to close.
It will call last orders for the final time on Saturday night.
In a post, the business said: “It is with deep regret that we have to announce the closure of The Central Bar and Bistro Peel.
“The decision was not made lightly and we have fought to avert the closure over many months, however difficult trading conditions for us and the hospitality industry generally have made it impossible for us to continue.
“We would like to thank all our customers and staff for their loyal support over the last 25 years and would like to reassure anyone with vouchers that they will be reimbursed or honoured if you choose to use them before our last day Saturday September 6th 2025.
