Members of the public have been thanked for their assistance following a medical emergency in Douglas yesterday.
Emergency services were called to Strand Street at just before 4pm.
In a statement, Isle of Man Constabulary said: “We would just like to express our sincere regards to members of the public and shop staff who helped us.”
“Without you all we would have struggled controlling the building crowds and getting the ambulances in.”
