A new chapter begins for FC Isle of Man this weekend as the club begins life without former manager Paul Jones.
Rick Holden will take charge of the Ravens for the first time on Saturday as they host Barnoldswick Town.
Holden, appointed caretaker manager after Jones’ departure, takes over with the Ravens in 22nd place after a difficult start to the league season which has seen them play several of the league’s top sides.
This weekend’s visitors Barnoldswick are also going through a period of transition as James Stokes was only announced as the club’s new manager days ago.
While the appointment of any new manager, especially one of Premier League experience, is likely to attract intriguing glances, they need wins more than anything else right now.
