RNLI seeking new volunteers

Port St Mary Lifeboat is looking for new volunteers to join its lifesaving efforts.

The RNLI, which can trace its roots to the Isle of Man, is celebrating its 200th anniversary this year.

The station is looking for both boat and shore crews to help its volunteers with their work.

Find out more about volunteering by going to the station’s Facebook page or the RNLI website.

Established in 1896 and one of five lifeboat stations on the Isle of Man, Port St Mary Lifeboat Station operates both a Trent class all-weather lifeboat and a D class inshore lifeboat.
