Vagabonds Rugby Club has ensured free period products are available at its clubhouse.
The Impact 25 funding is an RFU fund used to increase access to rugby for women and girls, in line with the RFU’s Every Rose action plan ahead of the 2025 Women’s World Cup in England.
The club has now free sanitary products in it ladies changing rooms and all ladies club toilets.
Vagas Ladies Team said the moment takes moves everyone “one step closer to closing the period poverty gap”.
